- Designed for roller burnishing in plunge mode.
- Main application:
- MZG01: Burnishing of sealing surfaces of shaft seals.
- MZG03: Burnishing of ball sections or other spherical contours.
- Complete machining in one setting.
- Short primary processing time.
- Given a finish machined surface, attainable surface finish Rz < 1 micron during a single operation.
- Two basic elements:
- Roller cage.
- Tool holder with screwed-on tension bar.
- Axial movement of roller cage directly transferred to dial gauge.
